About the position
• Develop and organize programs, conferences, and industry-specific workshops for German executives,
including B2B matchmaking with potential US business partners.
• Craft persuasive project proposals and grants in German while delivering impactful market studies
across various industries like clean tech, renewables, mobility, IoT/AI, and more.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Germany and the US, including government entities, industry
associations, companies, and research institutions.
• Drive our vision forward by identifying new funding opportunities and designing impactful new
programs.
• Manage multiple projects from conceptualization to implementation and follow-up.
• Oversee a small project team, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Occasionally travel with German delegations on the US West Coast.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, Economics, or a related
field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience and managing a small project team.
• Strategic and creative thinking, with experience in business development or sales.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and high accountability.
• Proactive, curious, and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in conducting market research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Passion for connecting people and facilitating win-win situations.
